1 Low music volume / How to use the original car speakers
Problem description:
After installing the portable head unit, the music volume may be too low, or you may want to play audio through the original car speakers.
Possible cause:
If audio is played directly through Bluetooth, the volume may sometimes be low depending on the phone, vehicle, and Bluetooth audio settings.
For better sound quality and higher volume, we recommend using FM transmission or an AUX connection to play audio through the original car speakers.
Recommended audio connection methods
1. FM Transmission
You can use the FM transmission function to send audio to the original car speakers.
How to use:
- Open the FM function on the portable head unit.
- Set an FM frequency on the portable head unit.
- Tune the original car radio to the same FM frequency.
- The portable head unit audio will then play through the original car speakers.
Important:
- Make sure the FM frequency on the original car radio is exactly the same as the frequency set on the portable head unit.
- Avoid frequencies already used by local radio stations, as this may cause interference or noise.
- Supported FM frequency range: 87.5–108.0 MHz.
2. AUX Connection
If the original car stereo supports AUX input, we recommend using an AUX cable. This usually provides more stable sound quality and a normal volume level.
How to use:
- Use an AUX cable to connect the portable head unit to the original car AUX port.
- Select AUX mode on the original car stereo.
- The portable head unit audio will then play through the original car speakers.
Recommendation:
If your vehicle supports AUX input, AUX is usually the better option because the sound is clearer and the volume is more stable.
Not recommended: Bluetooth audio only
If the volume is too low, we do not recommend using Bluetooth as the only audio output method.
Please switch to FM transmission or an AUX connection and use the original car speakers to play the audio.
2 The device restarts during driving (screen turns off/on repeatedly)
Possible cause: Unstable voltage / power supply.
- Please check whether the voltage at the connection point is stable at 12V.
- Please check the connections, especially the curved parts of the cable.
- Are you connecting any other devices to the cigarette lighter?
Please send us a photo: the full connection setup (from the cigarette lighter → cable → device).
3 How to use Android Cast
First, follow the on-screen instructions to install the app. Then:
- Turn off your phone’s Wi-Fi.
- Turn on mobile data and enable your phone’s hotspot.
- Set hotspot name to: CAR
- Set hotspot password to: 12345678
- Phone settings: Settings → App Management → “Mirroring” → Display over other apps → Allow
Note: Steps may vary by phone brand, but the principle is the same.
4 Audio connection methods
Your device supports multiple ways to play audio through your car speakers:
1、FM Transmission
- Set the same FM frequency on the device and your car radio.
- Avoid using local radio station frequencies as this may cause interference.
- Supported frequency range: 87.5 ~ 108.0 MHz
2、AUX Connection
- Connect the device to your car AUX port using an AUX cable.
- This method provides the most stable sound quality.
3、Smartphone Connection

The bracket has an adhesive backing with a dustproof film on it. Please remove the dustproof film before installation.
6 Why doesn’t Netflix work via screen mirroring?
Cause: This is not a device problem. Netflix restricts screen mirroring (DRM/HDCP), so mirroring may be blocked.
If you want Netflix on the car screen, contact us — we can recommend an Android-based head unit that supports the official Netflix app.
7 Rear camera does not switch automatically when shifting to reverse
Cause: The reverse trigger wire is not properly connected.
If the system does not receive a 12V signal from the reverse light (positive pole), it cannot detect reverse gear and will not switch automatically.
