1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Returns)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the product does not fit your vehicle, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original accessories and packaging.
Defective/Wrong Items: If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, Scumaxcon will cover the return shipping cost.
Changed Mind / Bought Wrong Model: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong model for your car, you can still return it. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
2. 1-Year Quality Warranty
All Scumaxcon head units (including RCD360 Pro3 series) come with a full 1-Year Warranty starting from the date of delivery.
What is covered: Manufacturing defects, screen issues, software failures, and internal hardware malfunctions (e.g., battery drain protection failure).
What is not covered: Damage caused by improper installation (e.g., short circuits caused by wrong wiring), water damage, or physical breakage due to misuse.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
Please contact our technical support team before returning any item. We can often resolve issues (like coding or wiring) remotely.

Please include your Order Number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address (we have warehouses in the US/UK/Europe/China).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
