SCUMAXCON 4K Hidden Dash Cam for VW | 16GB Card Included

4K front recording in a discreet, vehicle-matched housing

Upgrade your compatible Volkswagen with a hidden-style front dash cam. A 16GB memory card is included, and footage can be viewed through the compatible app on your phone.

What this dash cam offers

• 4K front recording: this is a front-camera model; a rear camera is not included.
• 16GB memory card included: no separate card purchase is needed for the supplied setup.
• Phone viewing: use the compatible app to view footage.
• Android head unit viewing: supported on compatible Android car stereos that can install and run the required app.
• Vehicle-matched housing: the correct shell must be confirmed against your vehicle and mirror-area photos.

Important: RCD360 screen viewing is not supported

This dash cam cannot display footage on an RCD360 screen. Viewing requires an app, which RCD360 cannot run. If your vehicle has an RCD360, use your phone to view footage. Do not select this product expecting direct RCD360 screen playback. For other radio models, contact us to confirm app compatibility.

Confirm the correct housing for your vehicle

Fitment depends on the vehicle model and the shape of the housing around the rear-view mirror. After placing your order, email your order number, vehicle model and year, and clear photos of the mirror housing and surrounding trim to service@scumaxcon.com so we can confirm the correct shell. If you are unsure before purchasing, use the compatibility check below or contact us first.

Power and installation

Power is taken from the reading/map-light connection or an ACC circuit at the fuse box, depending on your vehicle setup. Confirm the suitable connection and wiring before installation. If you are unfamiliar with vehicle wiring, have an installer fit the camera.
