  • The button backlight stays illuminated.

  • CarPlay or Android Auto remains connected even when the vehicle is off.

7.🎙️ Issue: Microphone not working during Android Auto calls / No sound during calls

✅ Explanation:

Android Auto handles audio volume separately for different functions. Unlike CarPlay (which links all volumes together), Android requires manual adjustment for each mode.

📌 Common Causes and Solutions:

  1. Call Volume Too Low:

    • During a call, try using your phone’s volume up button.

    • If you're not currently in a call, adjusting volume may only affect ringtone or media volume—not call volume.

  2. Bluetooth Connection Matters:

    • Android Auto still uses Bluetooth for phone calls, even when connected via USB or wirelessly.

    • Make sure your phone is connected via Bluetooth to the stereo.

    • Check if your car stereo shows a Bluetooth call icon during calls.

  3. Media vs. Call Volume:

    • Media volume (e.g., playing music via Bluetooth or Android Auto) is different from call volume.

    • You must be on an active call to adjust call volume.

  4. Mic is OK but Voice Not Heard?

    • Double-check Android system permissions (Microphone access).

    • Restart both your phone and the head unit.

8.📶 Issue: Wireless CarPlay connection is unstable or disconnects randomly / Audio randomly mutes when using voice or media functions

✅ Possible Causes & Solutions:

  1. USB Cable Interference

    • ⚠️ Do NOT connect a USB cable while using Wireless CarPlay.

    • Connecting a cable may confuse the system, causing disconnections or unstable behavior.

  2. Outdated Wireless CarPlay Module

    • If your wireless performance is poor, we recommend upgrading the Wireless CarPlay module firmware.

    • We offer two different versions of wireless modules. Please confirm which one you have before proceeding.

  3. Firmware Upgrade Instructions:

    • 📲 Important: Use mobile data only when upgrading.

    • ⚠️ Do NOT use Wi-Fi during the firmware update process. Wi-Fi connections may fail or interrupt the upgrade, causing the wireless module to stop working.

👉 Please check the image below to identify your module version and follow the correct upgrade instructions.
